Step 2: Go to m365promo.microsoft.com within 30 days of purchase to claim your 3 extra months of Microsoft 365. The date of purchase counts as day 1.

Step 3: Select "Claim" and enter the 5x5 (25 digit) subscription code of your 12-Month Microsoft 365 subscription.

Step 4: Complete the claim steps and upload your receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure to provide all required information to be submitted to allow the processing of the claim. Full information can be found on m365promo.microsoft.com

Step 5: Eligible claimants will be sent the 3 Extra Months subscription code by email within 10 business days of claim submission.
