PC IMAGE also helps you to shop with self-assurance. If our customer finds a lower price elsewhere within 7days from the date of purchase, we will match up the price difference.

Furthermore, PC IMAGE allows you to exchange or refund your items within 7 days from the date of purchase with the terms and condition apply as below;

Price match guarantee cover:

  • The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify.
  • Exchange item need to be the same price or if the price of the new item is cheaper then another item need to be added to match the previous total price
  • Covers all genuine advertised and in-store prices of major chain stores only (includes online sites of brick-and-mortar chain stores locally).
  • Match local retail competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers.
  • Please provide the requisite supporting evidence.

Price match guarantee does not cover:

  • Trade/roadshow prices
  • Display sets and limited sets deals
  • Opening/anniversary specials, purchase with purchase and package deals.
  • Contract cell phones sold by any online retailer.
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
  • Competitor offers include service prices (delivery and installation charges), pre-order offers, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, and special daily or hourly sales.

At PC Image, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our retail store, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that you collect from one of our store, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of accepting quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

What is the returns process?

Returns must be done within seven (7) working days starting from the date in invoice/receipt. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package or the item has a manufacturing defect (excluding goods marked as display set itemsor clearance goods).
    And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
    1. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and original receipt).
    2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with it.
    3. The products must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • Under what conditions is/are the product non-returnable:
    1. In the interests of hygiene: headphones and Bluetooth headsets and Earphones products cannot be returned unless the are unopened and in their original packaging.
    2. Apple products, Computer Software, Ink Cartridges and toner, Mobile Phone.
    3. Once installed; Video Game, Console, Video Games.
    4. Items such as laptops, tablets, desktop computers, software, games, DVD’s, CD’s, Record-able media and other equipment which contain a security seal that has been broken or tampered with.

    5. Customised/made-to-order goods, special order items. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

    6. Display unit, auction items and clearance goods are strictly non-refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing. These items are sold on “as is, where is” basis.

    7. Product with contract services that have been connected (e.g. iPad, Smartphones).

    8. Items that have been purchased for more than 14 days.

    9. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.

    10. The item has no defects. You’ve changed your mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere.

    11. Defaulted on payment for item.

    12. The item specially ordered or B2B Order.
