The Inisiatif Komputer Riba Percuma Pelajar IPT is a government initiative by the Sarawak State Government, managed through MY-YAYASAN (Yayasan Sarawak), designed to provide essential digital learning tools to students enrolled in Institusi Pengajian Tinggi (IPT) or higher education institutions.
